Which San Diego ZIP codes qualify for Earthquake Brace + Bolt?
CRMP's current Southern California list includes 100 San Diego County ZIP codes, from 91901 (Alpine) to 92173 (San Ysidro), including most of the City of San Diego, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista and many East County towns. Eligibility is by ZIP code only. The table on this page lists them all.
My ZIP isn't on the list. Can I still get the EBB grant?
Not under the current list: only listed ZIP codes qualify. The list is published by program year (the one linked today is the 2025 edition), so check it again before each registration window and sign up for CRMP's official email updates. A retrofit can still make sense without the grant.
Is EBB registration open now?
Not as of October 16, 2026. CRMP says registration opens for a limited time each year. The last window ran August 20 to October 17, 2025.
